We had booked a customized tour to leh Ladakh & right from booking of the itinerary till reaching back to Mumbai after completing the tour Mr karan mathur (the owner) was just a phone call away, be it any time of day or night. We had taken a route from chandigarh to Manali and from Manali to srinagar. It was an amazing and unique experience. The drivers provided were very helpful and friendly, the vehicles were comfortable, all the hotels and camps were upto the mark. We got tasty and delicious food at every hotel/camp we stayed at. The drivers waited at any location for how much ever time we asked for without any hesitation and Infact suggested good places to stop at. Whenever we had a problem even the smallest one, karan sloved it spontaneously. We were in good trusted hands and always felt safe. This was our 1st tour with vidya tours and travels and we are sure many more to come.
